These negotiated rates may be higher or lower than the Summit Counseling published private pay rates. Any out-of-pocket costs, such as co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles, will be based the contracted rate of your specific insurance plan WHICH MAY BE HIGHER THAN THE PRIVATE PAY RATE.
