For Our New Clients
You will receive an email confirmation one week before your appointment. You will also receive a text message 24 hours before your appointment. Please use these opportunities to confirm your appointment. You may also cancel your appointment at these times. Your therapist will be sending you intake documentation. Please complete these documents and bring them to your appointment.
As a new client you are asked to enter a credit card to confirm the appointment. Your card will not be charged. However, if you fail to provide notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you are a no-show, you will be charged $45.00.
